Targeted are researchers and academics (preferably young) from South-Eastern Europe (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovenia, and Turkey), who are in the final stage of completing a Ph.D. program or who already have the Ph.D. title.
